As a first time home owner Bellator and Jeremy Knight were always available when needed for any showings and questions. One thing we particularly liked not done by previous realtors was after our first conversation Jeremy set up an hour for us to come to the Bellator office and review price ranges, style of home, locations and overall get a solid grasp on what we were looking for instead of just showing us every house on the market. Jeremy Knight was very knowledgeable on things to look for in houses we looked at and always looking out for us when it came to something about a house that might cause an issue if we were to try and sell in the future. Bellator and Jeremy are not just realtors looking to sell a house as quickly as possible and legitimately have the buyers best interest in mind through the entire process.
